Greetings from the NGH Convention!

    Hi everyone,

Cal and I are here in Marlboro, MA. gearing up for this weekend of jam-packed fun at the annual NGH convention.  We got in here on Saturday, and were able to spend the last couple of days unwinding after frantically getting our materials and stuff ready for the convention these past couple of weeks.   Cal started his Week of Power today, which is a 7-day (Pre & Post Convention Certification class for 5-PATH & 7th Path).  As usual, we do not get to rest for too long. :-(

Since my last blog on June 14th, I was suddenly called away to Singapore to be with my dying mother and ended up spending a month there.  It was a difficult time for me but, am glad that I was able to spend time with Mom during her last few weeks here.  My sisters and brothers were all able to be there with Mom, and we took turns to watch over her around the clock so that she was never alone.  Mom's one big wish was that she could see all her children at one time, as there is six of us, two living abroad and one who is a world traveler, it was rare that we would all be together at one time.   I believe we brought her much joy in her last days, as we were able to grant her that wish.  She passed away peacefully and we believe, with great joy in her heart.  She's was a great inspiration my siblings and I and was dearly loved by everyone who knew her.

    Isn't this fun?

Here I am sitting and thinking, what fun this is!  I finally get my very own blog to write whatever I want and...whenever I want!  It will be so great to connect and network with friends in the hypnosis world!

It's been a hectic couple of weeks for me, as our daughter, Kelsey graduated from GWU last month and returned home with all her STUFF, yes, all her STUFF! You should see all the boxes she shipped home.  She came home for a week and left for China on Sunda.  She will be teaching English there for 2 months, hopefully this will help her improve her Chinese language skills.  I am excited for her, and hope this is exactly what she wanted.   In the meantime, my brother, his wife and 4 yr old arrived from Brazil to spend a month with us.  So far, it's been going well, just a tad more hectic for me and my life, needless to say.

Thinking about them, I just realized it is time to go home and cook dinner for everyone...so will have to chat with you all later.
